Took $800 for a down payment and never came back... been asking him to come back for like 6 months but he always has an excuse, I was probly naive cuz I trusted him, he was cool and I wanted to believe him and i did for awhile but now I realize he's not coming back. I never asked for a reimbursement just assumed it's not gonna happen.

Never use this company, I paid almost 3000.00 for a new roof, with a 15 year warranty. Last year i called them twice around snow time, because my back bedroom ceiling was getting a bad leak. They said they would come out when snow cleared. They never came out or called me back.. My roof was not even 4 yrs old last year. Also my contract does not state that I was supposed to call them between 3 and 5 years for them to check my roof. Now it’s been raining and I am still getting a leak, which has totally ruined my ceiling. They should be jailed for ripping clients off.

Mike and his crew were very helpful in fixing my shingle roof. We got a new roof put on. It looks beautiful and we don’t have any more leaks to worry about! Thank you 1st Choice! I highly recommend this company to anyone with roof issues!

Responsive, polite and professional service was delivered for a large job. Our home is now leak free, and the new siding is absolutely stunning. What a refreshing facelift, the team was kind and considerate on each visit. Mike and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done with the highest quality and the results speak volumes. I had a small leak during a strong storm. I called several roofers and dealt with some not so real websites. In the end it was a referral from Facebook that lead me to Mike and his team. They came the next day and walked my roof which is older but still in ok shape. They didn’t try to sell me a new roof. They did find the issue and came the following day(dryer day so rain remains wouldn’t effect the seal) and fixed the issue. They also took care of a small issue with my siding caps while they were here. I found the team very proficient and polite. A reasonable price and not pushy. I would use Mike and team again and they stand behind their work
