Only a handful of subcontractors have been able to give me the level of quality and service that I strive for, myself. Beck Roofing is one of these contractors. The quality of their work was impeccable. When I have a small change or concern, they respond in a very professional way, making me feel that they care about making their customers happy. Do not use roof company. I purchased my home in late 2021 with the disclosure the roof was replaced in 2017 due to fire damage. Permits were actually done in 2018. Just a year living here we had water leaking from ceiling in corner of room. Insurance adjuster and 3 separate roof inspectors all say the water was entering due to improper installation when the roof was replaced. Anyways they had to take Sheetrock off ceiling and come to find out some of the wooden beams that must have been in fire weren’t replaced or properly fixed. The wood is literally crumbling off when touched looks like probably kilz or shellac painted on. I can’t get my roof fixed with insurance because this company has a permit and seller had insurance claims for roof replaced. I called the company to give them the opportunity to come by and roofer stated he didn’t guarantee the work to me so there is no warranty and that his “secretary” would call me in the next day. This is day 4 still no update. I gave them the opportunity.
