Mr. C Williams did great work! He was very responsive, got out for a free quote same day and the work was completed that week. Before and after photos look awesome. I’m very happy with the service and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend.

First, I really appreciate the information Charles shared with me about the roof leak I had and him educating me about what could be the cause. He came out shortly after to do the work and the roof still leaked in the same spot. I signed a 3 year warranty for the work. He came back to review the leak and advised on another plan to fix it. After several follow up attempts and after leaving a review, Charles followed back up with me to provide a better contact number (his cell) which solved our communication issue! Since the roof was still leaking, I decided to chose a different roofing company for a final resolution but Charles had a very competitive offer.

I needed a roof bad it started leaking in the back bedroom made a call left a message returned the call in no time.He’s honest, really fair roofing price showed me the pictures of my roof letting me know how bad it was seen the after pictures extremely satisfied definitely recommend!!

Called to get a roof hatch and access built. They came by quickly to assess and give estimate. I agreed and they finished work in one long single day. I needed a bit of tweaking after and they came back a few days later to fix issue. Timely and professional, will use for roofing needs in the future.

They came out within a few days of me calling to assess my porch roof, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled for the following week and showed up as scheduled to start my roof repair. They removed the old damaged wood, built an A‐frame peak to divert water away from my steps as requested and re shingled everything. They did a good job but left cosmetic issues unfinished, and did not return my calls or texts.
