Clark’s Roofing Company hands down is the best!! Mr Dunn came out to inspect my roof while I was at work. He assessed the condition of my roof and left his business card for me to contact him when I arrived home. He was very reassuring about what was needed. He came out with his wonderful crew and they were very efficient with the removal and replacement of roof. They cleaned up as promised. I highly recommend this company. Clark Roofing Company does not return any calls I make to them, they don’t address work that is not installed correctly, you are ignored when you you tell them to add another sheet metal screw to two places when they are installing an elbow, the man only used one screw when I told him to put in at least two!!!! Your suppose to use 3 screws, The drain pipe on the front of the house they did not seal around it rain water drains down on the outside of this pipe. The porch they installed new drain pipe which was not opened, heavy rain is pouring over top of gutter pipe. Near chimney the flashing does not reach chimney the water drains down near bathroom you hear DRIP! DRIP! DRIP!!! When your in the bathroom you hear this very loud, they took out my sturdy soil pipe when they installed new drain pipe, and will not tell me why? then they want money to fix what they did not install properly. The back roof they put on the top flashing is on an angle, the right side on top should have a small piece of sheet metal not all the caulk they put on, below that they had a piece of black roofing material, they tried to pull off it looks terrible, on the right side they made the roof too short it should have been a few inches to the left where the old roof covered. I requested pictures of the new roof, they only sent 2 standing in the middle of the roof forward/backwards I need to see what the roof looks like near the chimney the seems they put on the roof what the front looks likes. Non taken..Clark Roofing Company are not professional at all, I recommend anyone to hirer a different company that is honest & reliable company, that will communicate with you. I still don’t know if this roof they put on is not leak proof the walls in my house are not drying up. The new drain pipe they installed. There is water that came in front of house on my bow window, Clark Roofing did not caulk al the way across the flashing above bow window. You can see the drip marks and water that came in to bow window. The review that Clark Wrote in response to all my complaints is a FRAUDULENT REVIEW - NOT BASED ON TRUTH. PLEASE READ BELOW. When Clark came out to make some repairs not all, Clark Roofing refused to correct some things properly. I was told to sign here, & this is just to confirm we came to your home, today, this is what I was told...the Lie. This is FRAUD make no mistake about this. I was NOT told the truth to get my signature ALL under FALSE CLAIMS - LIES..The form they gave me to sign I found out was to say I agree all work was completed. ALL LIES Clark Roofing has no intention of fixing all the things they did not to properly & won’t come back even with a 10 year Warrenty...
