Henry Cruz at Elite Modern Construction did a fantastic job on our new roof deck! He is meticulous with his work and it is incredibly high quality. Our roof deck came out beautiful and we are so excited. He was able to get the project done in a shortened timeframe right before we welcomed our first child without any reduction in quality. He worked around our schedule and even added in a few additional projects at our request. He also handles all permitting and inspection coordination. Highly recommended!

Elite Modern Construction and Henry have built two decks for us. The craftsmanship is excellent and the quality is A+. We had a very complex project of creating access to our roof and building a substantial deck (16 x 32 with new Pilot House). These guys are master carpenter's and craftsman. We get a ton of complements how beautiful the decks are! We were impressed at the level of care and attention to detail throughout the process. The results are fantastic. Henry is organized, and provides a clear and transparent scope of work and is easy to work with. We interviewed several contractors for our jobs and Henry was the only one who gave us an itemized list of the work so we could understand and talk about it. If you need a deck build, these are your guys.
