Don't honor their warranty, I left message with the receptionist and she said her roofers make their own schedule. A roofer from a different company called me back. When I googled the names the both used the same business address.
I used Fischer years ago and received a new roof, I was given a guarantee of 15 years, there is no loyalty to returning customers they do not honor there guarantee as demonstrated by there lack of not showing up to appointments set they are a no show no call company I have called repeatedly spoke with Nina was told John was coming out that never happened we had to get a new company to come out to assess their work. I guess companies don't get better with time because there's no loyalty or honor with returning customers that have a guarantee its just a piece of paper that we are throwing away starting over with a new company
I called Fischer Roofing Contractors for an estimate, which was free. The estimator came out the next day. He arrived within the time window I was told. He took the time to explain the estimate. I called the next day to schedule the work and was put on schedule the following week. The roofers arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up. Thank you Fischer Roofing Contactors.
Such a pleasant experience dealing with this high quality company. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable. I really liked that the workers were clean and neat snd did not leave a mess on my property. The office staff was courteous when speaking with me and helped me understand what repairs were needed. I highly respect Fischer Roofing.
I have used Fischer for my home multiple times, for coating, and a year ago for a new total roof and skylight. I also used them for my nephew's home when his skylight was leaking and my tanning salon for a new roof and a soffit repair. They are on time, do quality work at a reasonable cost, and most importantly stand behind their work. Highly recommend.
