He came on time did the job without hassle and told me when the job was complete. Final payment was due upon completion and the work was amazing. Louie responded promptly when I reached out late on a Friday afternoon, he said he would stop by on Monday to review my roof. He came out as promised and sent me pictures of what he saw. He informed me that the roof needed a silver coating. He came out the same week, he texted when he was on his way. Communication is very important to me and I must say Louie came through on his end. The work was completed and he took pictures of the finished product. We spoke about general maintenance moving forward. I was very pleased with the service I received, great customer service.
