We contacted Nick about an ongoing water issue in our home we believe was starting at the roof. He was able to give us a consultation window for the next day and was communicative with his timing. He gave a clear explanation of what could be done and followed up with an itemized breakdown of costs. Three days after the initial call he and his team was able to come out and complete the work in one day. I also really liked that I could access the invoice on my phone and pay with Apple Pay which is already on my phone so that was quick and painless too. Would definitely reach out to Nick again which I imagine won’t be for another 10 years at least.

Well deserved 5 stars!! Excellent customer service. I had an urgent situation with a bad leak from a broken gutter system and broken barge wood caused by an overgrown tree. Nick was extremely responsive and understanding; he came out immediately to give me a quote and fit me into his schedule within a few days (before the next time it was forecasted to rain). He did a great job with cutting back the tree, replacing the gutters system, and adding a new roof. He is very responsible and even came back to make sure the tree branches that fell into the backyard were cleaned up. I am very happy with the smooth communication, great work, and wonderful overall experience. Thank you!!

Nick Fugarino Roofing and Home Improvement installed a new rubber roof and roof capping all around the back corner of my roof. Nick coated my chimney and my nextdoor neighbor's chimney too! Nick Fugarino did an amazing job for a low price. Nick does not cut corners for a low price. For example, Nick installed an expensive copper scupper box instead of a cheap one without even asking me. Nick is a wonderful person who truly cares about his customers. These nine pictures are the proof.

My family just bought a new house and we knew that roof was bad but as first time home owners we had no idea what to expect. Nick and his team were incredible. They talked me through worst case scenarios, gave great pricing, and went above and beyond to complete the job on time and on budget. Nick could have easily just added another layer to our roof but instead he made sure that the previous roofing material was removed, the wood restored and a new roof installed property. They also did an incredible job fixing a roof that wasn't draining properly. The next time it rained, there was no standing water on the roof, and I can sleep much easier knowing that they did top quality work that they will stand behind for the next 10 years.
