Umbrella Roofing did a great job replacing our nearly 40 year old roof. Rocky came out at our convenience and went over our options and explained the roof system they use and how it will protect our roof for many years to come. Rocky and his crew worked late to get the roof closed before leaving, returning the next day to complete the installation. Rocky also corrected issues with the front porch addition (20 yrs ago) by correcting how the porch roof met the house roof, and installed a cricket where the fireplace chimney comes out of the porch roof. Another company said it didnt need a cricket and they would put a tall flashing around the chimney. The whole project was a breeze start to finish and the 50yr GAF warranty is a great bonus. Highly recommend Umbrella. From the initial visit thru the install the guys were professional, quick and efficient. I got multiple areas done. Whole job took half a day. The crew cleaned up nicely. I was provided drone footage and photos before, during and after to job was completed. Fat roof maintenance and 2 front slate roof replacements. Customer Service is top tier. Shout out to Melvin who was the job Foreman. He gave me a lot of information on the process, staying in contact thru out the installation. Made himself available for questions thru out.

Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a professional contractor. They were super supportive, and explained everything to me through out the entire process. 100% satisfied. I would recommend this company to family and friends!

If I could give Umbrella Roofing 10 stars, I absolutely would! We contacted Umbrella Roofing after enduring over four months of chaos caused by a leaking roof deck directly above our kitchen. Our ordeal began in March 2025, when we hired a different roofing contractor—not affiliated with Umbrella Roofing—whom we thought could quickly address the issue. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a nightmare. The workmanship from the previous company was extremely poor and ultimately made the leak worse. Despite returning four times, they only performed temporary patch jobs, and we were forced to request a full refund. During that time, our kitchen was left exposed and unusable—cabinets were removed, and the ceiling and walls had to be opened up for drying. We lived in constant fear that each rainstorm would cause more damage. That’s when we found Umbrella Roofing. I was incredibly hesitant at first, still shaken by our last experience. But from the very first phone call with Jessica, I felt a difference. Mike came out to assess the property and provide an estimate, and then Melvin, our project manager, led the project with care and diligence. Rocky ensured every detail of the work was executed to perfection. Communication was stellar at every stage. They were incredibly thorough—conducting multiple water tests to ensure the problem was fully resolved, not just temporarily patched. They also educated us along the way, showing photos and videos so we could truly understand the scope and solution. This was not an easy job. The Umbrella Roofing team uncovered several points of water entry beyond just the roof, but they remained persistent, detail-oriented, and never rushed the process. Their work included: Full deck disassembly and rebuild Installation of a brand-new EPDM roof Deck reassembly Siding replacement Storm door installation Window caulking ...and likely more, all to ensure our home was finally protected. I am forever grateful to Umbrella Roofing for restoring our home and peace of mind. I highly recommend this team and will continue to use their services in the future.

Amazing job by Umbrella Roof! Rocky was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process—from the initial estimate to the final installation. He took the time to clearly explain how the roofing system works and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property, making sure everything was cleaned up after the job was done.
