USA Roof Masters

This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response. The chimney flashing was also done incorrectly and the only thing stopping a leak is a small line of silicone. If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call. Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did fix it. They were supposed to come back to fix the chimney flashing that they confirmed was done improperly It has now been months of back and forth and cancelled appointments. They stopped communicating with me a few weeks ago after multiple attempts. I am required to use them for any roof issues or they said my warranty will be void. I am now stuck just waiting and hoping I dont get a leak. I can't even use another company.

USA Roof Masters did a great job on our roof. There were a couple of small issues during the process, but they responded quickly and handled everything professionally. The crew was on time, respectful, and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Sharing that my roof experience has been a huge relief! So Dennis Curran with USA Roofmasters texted me out of the blue. Said my neighbor gave him my number. Hit me up with a pitch of we’ve done a few roofs in your neighborhood because storms have come through that qualify many people around here for an insurance roof replacement. My roof is twenty years old and I’ve had my share of leaks, so I can’t say my roof hasn’t been on my mind. But it seemed to good to be true, so I was skeptical. But I did see his signs around the neighborhood. So I said yeah sure feel free to go up there and let me know what you think. I met Chris at a predetermined time, he went up on the roof and after a little investigation let me know that he was confident our roof would qualify for replacement. Chris is very professional and obviously knowledgeable of the roofing industry and the way insurance companies respond to claims. He emailed me the report he prepared. I remained skeptical but really wanted to pull the trigger. I kept putting it off, but Dennis was professionally persistent and kept me thinking about it. What put me over the edge was a notice my insurer provided me saying they were going to cancel me if I didn’t get the roof replaced within 90 days, among other things! I made the claim that day. The insurance adjuster came out within a few days and Chris met with her and her team. After about 20 minutes max, the adjuster came to the door and said yes your roof has the requisite storm damage and we will cover it. I had a check for half in a few days, provided it to Dennis, and waited to hear about scheduling. We were going to be out of town for a few days so I asked if they could get it done then. They said they would try, and sure enough, they accommodated and got it done while we were away. Came home to a new roof and, frankly, everything was so clean I wouldn’t have known anything happened. Dave, the supervisor, and the crew did really nice work and really did a great job cleaning up - roof work is messy. The second part of the payment was provided by insurance and we got it to Dennis to close out the deal. Couldn’t be more pleased. Roof looks great. No more leaks. I would highly recommend. USA Roofmasters and Dennis do what they say they’re going to do. Great experience.

We recently had our roof replaced by USA Roof Masters. They did a fantastic job right from the beginning to end. Dennis and Matt were very professional and helpful. They took their time to explain the process, were very friendly and patiently answered my questions. They gave the addresses of some of their jobs to help us choose the material and color. On the day of installation, Wagner Mora, their Supervisor, reached out to me , once again explained the process, and completed the job to my satisfaction while paying attention to details, without any damage to my lawn or shrubs.
